Smart Wear Return Policy

At Smart Wear, we prioritize your satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Returns and Exchanges Guidelines:

  1. Timeframe: We gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase for either a refund or an exchange.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

    • Complete the Smart Wear Return Form, and include it with your return shipment.
    • If you do not have a Return Form, you can download one here. (and you can find the google doc link here incase you want to fill it out virtually without the hassle of printing - just duplicate the file, and send us the link)
    • Repack the merchandise ensuring that the item(s) and Return Form are securely included.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to the following address:

Refund and Processing:

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.
